I have seen pictures of cupcakes with buttercream swirled on the top. Could someone please tell me how to do this - do you start the swirl from the outside of the cupcake and work inwards or the other way around. Also what tip should I use?
Thanks
Barbara

I use 1m and start from the outside in. Then do another layer from outside in. The large star tips work the best for me when doing the cupcakes. I have some in my pics if you want to take a look.
Have fun!
