Hello,

I make stack cakes, 7 cakes and it's very very very heavy ! but the brides want to put the wedding cake on big separator plate (size 18 the one who we can put the fountain under)

Please that it possible?????????

My opinion: I think that is too heavy, the risk of tipping would make it dangerous.

You could put the two largest tiers on the fountain, then put the others stacked neary by and maybe use stairs or ribbons to connect them.

I agree with what JoAnnB said, put 2 bottom tiers over fountain and and use stairs to connect the others on either side maybe. You said there were 7, so 3 on top of fountain and 2 stacked on either side with connecting bridges to the other three in middle with fountain. Maybe offset like the largest furhter back with the fountain and the others bridged off and up closer or to the sides even. But deff not on top of fountain, all 7 that is.

Thank's i call the brides to tell them that it's dangerous! so it's nok now!

I really stressed because it's my first 7 cakes stackes and my cake it's not the same like american cake it's fragile (genoise and fruit mousse)

i hope it will be ok for tomorow!
