I'd like to try my hand at a tiered cake soon. Preferably three. I've been reading up but am still not sure which system (besides the stress-free, which is too expensive for a first time novice like myself) is best. I'd love to hear from all you experts at CC.

I've seen Wilton's, and SPS and central pillars. I think if anything, I'm getting more confused and winding up with more questions the more I Google. So I now ask all of you which one/s you think is/are the best.

Thanks in advance.

Guess I'll just buy some on e-bay and hope for the best.

Sugar Plum,

I've only used the ones from Wilton so I really con't comment on any others. If you have any questions about the ones from Wilton I'll try to help.
