Need Info On This Multi Flower Veiner (Gumpaste Tool)

okee doke gumpaste pros-

i'm shopping, and considered getting this veiner

but i am wondering (new to flower making) if i need to use this only on a flower cutter that has all petals (like a blossom) or can i use it on one petal at a time? the pattern makes me think its for use on a full blossom all at once.

i'm also curious to the actual size if anyone has it and knows.

It is very tiny and not really useful. I had it, but passed it on. I think it's around 2".
