Does anyone know of one? I'm looking for one to help me to learn how to make letters to stick onto a BC cake.

placing letters onto a buttercream cake before it crusts (or into non crusting bc) should be a matter of just pressing them on. If your icing has crusted you can try water, gum glue (a mixture of fondant/gumpaste and water), piping gel, or royal icing.
