Is it better to use scratch cheesecake or the No-Bake box cheesecake to make cheesecake pops?
I think the no-bake version is softer. For pops, you need a nice dense cheesecake so it will stay on the sticks as it thaws.
Can you suggest any specific recipes? I've never made a cheesecake before. TIA
