What is causing this?

Is it too much filling? Because I could have sworn that I didnt use that much, lol. This was done on a cold cake, btw.

It looks like too much filling and too much icing under the fondant.

maybe too much icing? The icing will slide around underneath from the weight of the fondant if there is too much. I usually only do a thick crumbcoat of buttercream.
