I have had an order (February 2007) for a 16th birthday cookie cake. Anyone have any suggestions about how much I would need to charge? Never done it before! THANKS!

Hi jeanair! I have posted several cookie cakes, below is the most recent that I decorated with flowers made of white chocolate rolled fondant! Although I use cream cheese icing between the layers, you could absolutely use the buttercream of your choice between the layers AS WELL AS on the outside of the cookie to look exactly like a cake! You wouldn't know it's a cookie cake until you cut into it! I just received a request for an oatmeal/raisin cookie cake with cream cheese icing! I think the sky is the limit with these! Wouldn't a chocolate chocolate chip cookie be great with chocolate buttercream! MMMMMM!

Hello Cambo
I love this! The flowers certainly add to the cake image vs cookie image.
How do you do the banner? I usually make mine as a chocolate transfer.

thank you
ciao

ciao -
The banner is made of craft foam with a paper overlay I printed on my computer. These are very popular on my cakes and are usually requested since scrapbooking is so popular in my area....they can simply remove it and place it in their books!
