Can mmf be frozen as in covering an icecream cake? I am wondering about uncut leftover icecream cake and how the mmf will handle the in and out and the defrosting and refreezing whenever any wants a slice of cake.

If not would an icecream cake iced in bc w/mmf accents do better?

How much flavoring to use per mmf recipe? Can you make two batches at a time in a 4 1/2 - 5 quart KA?

it is a risk to do MMF in a mixer, and two batches would be a potential disaster.

MMF will freeze. Over icecream it might be a bit melty (best word I can think of) but it won't hurt the flavor.

Depending on the flavor you are using, replace some of the water with 1 tsp up to a whole tablespoon of flavoring.

If you haven't made it before, be sure to hold back at lease 1/4 of the sugar. A batch may not need it. If you add too much sugar in the beginning, it makes kneading it difficult.

It is easy to make by hand in a greased bowl. I don't use my KA.
