I thinking of make the dolphins with a choc. mold. i was think of telling $25.00 Is that a fair price or should i tell him more or less than amount?

I usually charge $25 for a 9x13, $35 for an 11x15, and $45 for a 12x18, and that seems pretty reasonable for my area. I have people that tell me I don't charge enough. It's hard for me (and alot of us) to throw a price out there and not act like we're asking the buyer's permission to charge that much. I think alot of us are much better cake artists than we are business people. That said, if $25 is all you feel comfortable charging, then go ahead, but I wouldn't charge less.

Oh, and you did a great job on the army sheetcake in your gallery! icon_smile.gifusaribbon.gif
