Help! I found a place online that sold cupcake papers that appeared to be die-cut. I can't remember the website. They had one that had happy birthday cut out around the top another that was lace, one with stars and others. Anyone know where I can find these? Thank you!!

I saw those papers yesterday when I went to my local cake supply. They would really make a nice finish to the cupcakes. I had heard them mentioned here on CC but had never run across them before until yesterday.
