I wanted to pass along some information some of you might be interested in. You can puchase an ID Kit from www.amberalert.com website for your child/children. It stores your child's information and pictures on a thumbdrive that you can give to the police if your child has been lost or stolen. It is password protected so if you happen to loose it nobody can get the information off of it.
I just had an incident with my 4 year old DD. I left her with a friend in the mall at the play place and another friend and me ran to a store. My DD wondered out without my friend seeing her. Thankfully the security found her outside the play place and my friend realized she had gone out. This happened so quick, within a minute and when things like this happen we may be so frantic that you can't remember things like which leg the birthmark is on, etc.
