You could also use an ice cream cone for the body, or make a doll in the mini wonder mold pan...

I made a Christmas cake last year with 3 carol singers on it.
I just made people and rounded out their mouths like an oval to make it look like they were singing.

i remember seeing a wilton cake many many years agp that was of an angel in a choir robe singing-Im talking80's 'cuz it was when my mom was into it- anyone know??? they where a lot like the most awesome cake above.

if you're not experienced with fondant figures, you could always use the patchwork cutter of the girl singing by the lamp post.
