Do I use vanilla, almond extract or some other flavor?

I use a mix of vanilla and almond. Sometimes I use boquet I think I spelled that wrong.. but any flavor goes good with it...WASC is a nice light flavor..

I just made my first WASC and used vanilla & almond in my BC - fabulous!

I mainly use almond, and it goes over very well. This past weekend, I made a wedding cake with creamcheese frosting and it was a huge hit, but like tnuty said, I think most anything goes well with WASC. thumbs_up.gif

I've made this cake twice and it definately is a great cake for a wedding with the texture, but first time I used just vanilla and then a hint of almond in the frosting. Next time I used all almond and then torted it with raspberry mousse. Mmmmmm, think I'll go start on one again!

Agreed....when I make samples for brides I use trad'l buttercream and an almond buttercream....they always choose the almond buttercream! But I think anything would be delicious with it!
