I want to know information about the printers for edible images!...what is my best bet...is it better a computer connected printer or one that scans...I have no idea where to start!....suggestions plssssssss!!!!!

There are only certain printers that the edible inks are made for. Please check the link below to decide which is best for you.

I don't make many cakes so I bought the most inexpensive one, Epson Stylus C88 for under $60, it works for me.

I WAS READING ON THAT PRINTER...THAT THE ONE WITH THE SCANNER INCLUDED? CAUSE I SAW ONE THAT HAD BAD REVIEWS BY A LOOOT OF PEOPLE SAYING IT WAS TOO COMPLICATED!

I bought a cannon pixma IP6000D printer, and I purchase my ink from www.icingimages.com, I don't have the website address with me but I can post it when I get home. The printer was about $100 and I love it, haven't had any problems

IS IT WORTH IT TO HAVE THE SCANNER INCLUDED IN THE PRINTER??...i WAS LOOKING AT THE PIXMA..BUT THE WEBSITE I WAS LOOKING IT WAS TALKING ONLY ABOUT OLDER GENERATION OF CANNON...I WILL CHECK THIS WEBSITE....I DO HEAR INFO OF ALL IN ONE SCANNER AND PRINTER!

FYI, www.icingimages.com just introduced a new cartridge which is Pre-chipped for use in the new canon printers. I saw their display at Vegas and the colors are beautiful. Hope this helps
