Forgive me if this already posted, I think I accidentally closed out of this screen. Anyway, a good friend of mine at work just told me she is leaving to go to another company thumbsdown.gif . I want to make a cake for her last day her (2 weeks) but I can't think of any good ideas. I don't really want to make something plain with just flowers that says goodbye, I was hoping for something different. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

Okay, is she happy about this move, meaning is it a move up? Does you work leave something to be desired? For instance, is she really lucky to be leaving? What does she do now, and what will she be doing at the new position?

I am doing a good bye cake for a co-worker tonight. I am putting shamrocks on it and saying, "Good Luck"

I would rather do the jumping ship idea but I don't think my higher ups would like that either.

Instead of a jumping ship theme you could do a Bon Voyage theme. It might be taken better by the higher ups.

The boss may not like it, but how about something related to that song "Take this job and shove it!" icon_lol.gif
