Has anyone had a cake to make and realize that one cake mix would not do,but didn't want to open another big box. When I had taken the courses along time ago my instructor said just follow the instructions on the box of the jiffy mix and mix it with your other cake mix.I did and it turn out wonderful.I have done this quite a few times. Just a though

I have always used the Jiffy mixes and doctored them up for quick cupcakes for teachers-shhhhhhhhh.

Also I have been using 2 boxes of their pizza dough mixes and then putting it in a spring form pan, then toppings--great deep dish pizza~plus I have a reason to use the springform pans that I HAD to have and never make cheesecakes!!!
