Has anyone ever used this recipe? It tastes wonderful!! However, it's supposed to be a crusting buttercream. I've made it several times and can't ever get it to crust. Any pointers?

I've never seen the recipe for her buttercream, but I LOVE her fondant! Could you link the recipe here?

hey, matching avatars!!! I don't know the recipe (but also love her fondant and would love to see the recipe) but some suggestions would be to either increase the sugar or decrease the fat. Also, cream (probably b/c of the fat) will crust less than milk and even more less than water. Not sure what liquids you're using, but if its cream or milk, you might try switching.
