I read that you can add cocoa to buttercream for chocolate icing. Can you do the same for MMF?

I am assuming a "yes" but wanted to make sure, because you all know what happens when you "assume". icon_biggrin.gif

I would think you would be able to. Just I would substitue maybe like a 1/2 cup of cocoa for the powdered sugar.

For the one cup recipe, add 1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 Tbsp. water
powdered sugar (1 cup +)

Add 1 oz melted choc & 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for choc. fondant
Increase chocolate and cocoa powder added if you are making the whole bag recipe.
