Can you use luster dust on hard pearls?

Do you mean like real ones or eatable ones?

You could try just mixing a bit with vodka, use it as paint, and see if it sticks.

Put them in a ziploc bag with a tiny bit of Super Pearl dust and shake.

I do mean the edible ones. This will be my first try at them. I'm going to try both suggestions. Thank verrrrrry much.

Just saw this, actually if you leave the pearls to air-dry for about 8 hours or so, this appears to be the best length of time to wait before lustre dusts are applied. Then just put a bunch of them in a container with lid, add some lustre dusts and shake gently. The dusts seem to adhere best on the pearls around this timeframe. A lot of folks find that if you let them dry too long, it doesn't adhere as well. I then let the dusted pearls dry for at least a week before putting them in a container with lid.
