What is the best, easiest way to fill a cupcake?
What type of fillings are suggested?

I use a bismark/eclair tip in a parchment decorator bag for filling cupcakes.

My fav fillings are preserves and applesauce. icon_smile.gif

I use a regular icing tip to fill my cupcakes. Tip # 3. You can use a Bismarck tip as well I think that's #230.

Anything that's not chunk and will block your tip is good. Nothing too runny either.

Just make sure it compliments the flavor of your cupcake.
