My co worker ordered a 15th birthday cake from me for her daughter. She said she had confidence in me. Well, I was so stressed with this cake I was so glad when it was delivered and set up. I know I still need work, but I guess it turned out ok for my first big cake. Thanks to all the cc'ers for all their knowledge and wonderful skills. I hope to be a lot better one day and until then I will practice, practice, practice.

Here is the cake. She wanted pink on white fondant. There was supposed to be a bow on top, but it broke so I put 15 ribbon roses on it. I ran out of time to put leaves on the roses, but I think it looks ok....

Thank you for the comments. I don't know how those of you that do wedding cakes do it. Hopefully with more practice, I will get more confident in my skills but I don't know if I want to make another cake that size any time soon.....
