...I wanna do something that resembles this pic, something 3-D, maybe stacked, for 30-ish people....any cool ideas out there...????

I'd love to help, but I can't see the actual embroidered images very well. Do you have a closeup of any of them?

what about a bassinet, with pillow and blankie? or maybe a onesie?

Maybe a shimmery white stacked cake with the tree on one side going all the way up to the top and justting out from the top tier. Then the animals that are imbrodered you could do them out of gp and put them strategically around the cake. also do borders like the stiching. Maybe at the back of each of the stacks add "ties" like a real bumper would have.

What about making a cake that looks like the bumper of the crib? Have your two tiers and make it look like the bumper was wrapped around it. Then you can do the embrodery on it. Then the top of the came you could have a sleeping baby.

The first thought I had was to do a 2-tier white fondant covered cake with brush embroidery of these critters and scenes all around the sides, with a baby sleeping on top.
