My newest child for my collection of pedestal cake plates. I thought this one was so cute I wanted to share it with you. Even her toenails are painted red!

That is cool! Someone earlier posted a fondant pin up girl she had made to put on a 2 tier cake and that's what I thought of when I saw this pedastool. Wouldn't that be a perfect combination? Where did you find this?

Thanks, I thought it was so cute. Here is the link to where I bought it if you should want to order it, it is on sale right now too. If I posted every cake plate I had it would take up too much space on the forum and I don't think Jackie and Heath would be very happy with me. I think I have around 24 now. It really would be cute on this plate, or even a Betty Boop cake would be darling.

Thanks Pootchi. I love them all but am running out of display space and keep telling myself that I won't buy any more, but then one comes along like this latest one with the shoes and I think I just have to have it. Many of the plates have been gifts from family and friends.

Thanks everyone. I keep saying I won't buy more but then I see one more that I must have. Running out of space here.

Dept.56 is a company that specialzies in home decorating items such as cake plates. The cake plates are actually made by an artist named Patience Brewster (she is also an author) and her line of design is called Krinkles.
