How long does it take to cook?, I don't have the original directions and I can't find them on here. Mine's been in for just over an hour and it's not done in the middle yet (I'm not using the core), but it's browned and done on the outside. I've turned the oven down, how much longer should I give it?

It says 50-60 minutes at 350. I think I baked mine for 70-90 minutes at 325. HTH

not using the core is probably why it is not baking in the middle that is what people tell me anyway. I have had no problem baking this bear (with the core in) but getting him out of the pan even with cake releaser is always fun
