when you do not make enough of icing for the cake. One of my earlier attempts at cake decorating. Did not know how to estimate but now I make too much icing which my children love to help me finish.

It's a really cute design! I always make too much BC, but usually have cakes to do within a few days and just use it then.

Your design is so cute. I always over estimate on my icing because I hate making more right in the middle of the cake. I'm just lazy! lol. You did a great job on that cake.

The cake is darling. Perfect for a little girl's birthday!

I make lots of icing because I hate making icing. One huge batch to do several cakes. It stores easily and the quality doesn't seem to be affected.

What a darling cake.
I have left over BC coming out of my ears now.
They love me at work.
I use it up by bringing cupcakes to use it up.

Yeah I love that kind of icing too but I have to cut the sweets down to a minimum just lost 35 pounds and dont want to gain anymore. but if its on the spoon we cant waist it right?
