A friend is delivering me a big ole container of the bril light and fluffy frosting (I think that is the name I know it is bril) and I was wondering how you like it and how do you use it, is it ready to use or what?

TIA

I tried it when I had my shoppe. It's alright. I prefere my homemade thoughicon_smile.gif
When the supply shop closed I thought I'd get people wanting to buy icing....she said she sold lots of RTU icing. I had one person ask so I was stuck w/the 30# (?) bucket.
I ended up at the end using it as filling whenever someone ordered a cake w/BC filling just to use it up.

I only ever used their chocolate light n' fluffy. It's pretty good - smooths nicely and does taste good. I personally did not care for the Vanilla. It did not smooth as well as the chocolate for me and it seems very stiff. Good for piping roses kind of stiff. My friend would just pull what she needed to use from the bucket and add water to get it to her consistency. She said this made it smooth easier but I can't say for sure. Good luck and do let us know what you think!!
