This may be a stupid question, but what is the difference between the two? I've read several posts that praise the Sweetex (high ratio shortening) and I'm just curious what makes it so much better than regular shortening?? I'm curious if I should be buying this instead from now on.

they don't sell sweetex here, but when i get back to the states i'm going to try this sweetex and see what i'm missing! icon_surprised.gif
