After years of working with my Mom in the bakery business, it has come time for me to... go my own way. (We'll leave the reasons for another time). So here are some of the names I was thinking about - it's far easier for me to come up with a cake design - any comments would be greatly appreciated.
I'm trying to come with something that expresses my love for doing extreme cakes and need to re-incorporate things in a very short time frame.
Possible names:
Heartbreak Cakes?
Sugar Geeks?
Complete Confections?
Again, any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Complete confections, I am not sure what that might mean are there incomplete confections?
You want something simple, that people can remember and identify you.

Ha! JoAnn you're right. Was trying to come up with something that didn't involve a person's name. Seems like Sugar Geeks is kinda popular so far 
Complete Confections was my son's suggestion - had to include that
"Sugar Geek" is what my daughter calls me
I LOOOOOVE Sugar Geeks. Very memorable and makes me wanna go see more about it. That's my way favorite. I'm partial to Crazy Cakes... I don't have a store so you are welcome to it.
A little off the subject, but a fancy hot dog stand opened up called Niener Niener Weiner, and I'm tellin' ya, evereyone in town is talking about wanting to go there. A name is so important and Sugar Geeks is catchy. Great luck to you with your own place.

In your post you said that you have a love for doing extreme cakes....and I also like the name Sugar Geeks.....so you could go with something like,
1. Extreme Sugar Geek/Geeks,
2. Extreme Confections,
3. Extreme Designs,
4. Extreme Cakes
5. (Your name here) Extreme Cakes
6. Dream Extreme
