And I use a lot of cream or filling recipie but i'm looking something new and gooder. I will appreciate if you give me some good recipies.
Thank you icon_redface.gif

Esra,

After many attempts to find the type of recipe I had in mind, I found a genoise sponge that we've all approved for my son's wedding cake.

If you 'd like, I can email it to you as the recipe I have also has photo illustrations and tips. I'd read it through very carefully before trying to make it though, as it's quite a unique method.

I've made it probably 15 times now, and it's turned out wonderfully each time. Mind you, you've GOT to use some kind of simple syrup or the like to moisten the cakes with. Fabulous though, depending on what you use.

As far as cream fillings go..
the whipped cream/cream cheese one on this site is fantastic.. light and fluffy AND delicious.
I've also tried the whipped chocolate ganache in others.

I've been trying recipes galore while we search for this wedding cake!

Peace
