Ice Skating Cake-Here It Is

Recently I asked for some help in an idea for an ice skating themed cake. I know it was tough and I appreciate anyone who responded. The party was an ice skating party at Wollmans rink in Central Park. I shaped the cake as per an aerial view of the rink, added some trees and grass (and some snow for a winter theme). I then put together s skyline with foamcore, pastek paper and colored pencils. Does it solve the problem or what? And it had to feed 150 people. Thanks for any input.
Looks great! The trees are so cool- love your writing!!
Thanks so much for the kind comments. But guess what? The customer just cancelled the order. This is the 3rd time that she has done this to me. Yes, she does pay for the cake and reorders another(money is no object for her). It's supposed to rain and it is an outdoor party. I just was sooo not into doing this cake. I wasn't thrilled with her idea and did not know what to expect. Now my neighbors will be having cake this weekend!
wow, thats a great looking cake, pity all the work is "wasted"
on the neighbours
