Thank you, Thank you....

I've been watching for this post since you submitted the original picture. Your instructions are great; only one question - will you and your husband come over and do mine!? thumbs_up.gif

Well, if you were someplace fun I might try to convince dh that I needed to go (but I somehow doubt he'd buy it! icon_cool.gif )

I know there are a lot of steps but it was surprisingly simple. Of course I was the one watching, not actually doing it, but I could do it with the directions. So you shouldn't have any trouble. thumbs_up.gif

You are awesome!

I was one cake away from throwing that level in front of a moving bus. Frustrated, I went to Home Depot yesterday with my wilton level in hand trying to find a replacement blade.

I walked away empty handed because there were no blades that long that would work.......but now here is the answer.

THANKS!!!!!!!

That is so cool! icon_cool.gif You just saved me some $$, therefore you rock! thumbs_up.gif I was going to save up for an Agbay, but I'm a hobbiest and this seems like it will get the job done sufficiently and for a fraction of the price! Did I mention you rock?

Thank you so much for sharing!

Add me to the list of large wilton leveller haters! I haven't had a level cake yet with it, and there are always crumbs all over the place!

Maybe I don't have problems because I use the seran wrap method for cooling my cakes, and my cakes are soft (no hard edges)?

Hi could you expand on the 'saran wrap' method and how you get your cake edges soft??!
I was using my small leveler yesterday and it works good but my cake edges are hard and the wire makes a bit of a mess of the sides, I was wondering how to get soft cake edges?!
Thx
