Would anyone have a good chocolate amaretto BC recipe? Ive made chocolate BC and added amaretto coffee creamer (powder, cant get the liquid here), but I really want the BC to have the amaretto flavor. I can use the liquor, but Im worried about doing so. Has any ever tried? Many thanks!

Amaretto is a sweet, almond flavored Italian liqueur made from almond pits. The most well known brand is Amaretto di Saronne. In addition to being served as a drink it can be used over ice cream or as a flavoring in baked goods as well as other desserts.

**Non alcohol Substitutions:
Non-alcoholic almond extract; orgeat Italian soda syrup; or marzipan

Hope that helps!

You shouldn't have a problem adding a tablespoon or 2 to your buttercream if you want to do so. I have used other liquors in buttercream and it is delicous.
