Anyone happen to know a GOOD instructional DVD/book online to buy on ALL about fondant..focusing on laying it on cake without tears, or overlapping, on the sides? Just something that is REALLY good and worth my money. I need to get one asap, so please HELP! Thanks!

I think Nicholas Lodge may have one, but I don't know how detailed the fondant application instruction are. have you viewed the video on atecousa.com ? They have a video that seems fairly good, and its free.

Thank you for the info! I DID view the atecousa.com and boy, it's awesome! Have you ever tried the satin fondant and did it taste good? I like this company and I'm hoping they will ship to FPO address here in Japan! Thanks soo much for the info. I think it cracks b/c it's too thin when I lay it over AND I didn't know to use crisco on edges.

Satin Ice is a wonderful product. I don't know about shipping. Satin Ice is available from several other companies. I sure you can find one that ships your way. Good luck.
