A Filling That Doesn't Require Refrigeration?

I am looking for filling ideas that don't have to be refrigerated. I don't want to fill with just plain BC. The person the cake is for isn't a fan of fruit either...everytime I make something with fruit I see her pick it off.... It's a surprise party so i cant really ask her what fruits she doesn't like...

I've used those pudding pack thingies they sell, not fancy but yummy. icon_smile.gif

You could use the sleeve fillings that come in bavarian cream, chocolate bavarian cream, cream cheese........

The sleeves are great, as is chocolate ganache. I'm pretty sure the pudding packs need refrigeration after opening.
