Practice Cakes Paid For!!!!

I just have to tell you my bit of good news...I always take my practice cakes to work and it has become something of a ritual...every Monday at 2:30 they crowd into the kitchen...cake is gone in 10 minutes...
Various managers have asked if they could use them for 5 year work anniversaries, bdays etc and I always agree...
I got an e-mail out of the blue on Friday from the director of engineering and he said everyone loved my cakes and that I should expense all the ingredients for making them...I did a little dance in front of my PC when I read that!!! He said it was a morale booster to the team!!!!
How lucky is that????? I went to the store today and bought lots of stuff for work cakes...
I am so happy....I was making them anyway because I am practicing up for my son's wedding next fall...I am going to make the cake icon_smile.gif
This was such an unexpected and happy bonus for me!

What great luck!!! Hats off to the director of engineering for recoginizing the moral boost. thumbs_up.gif So many employers wouldn't notice, let alone offer $$ to help it continue. Congratulations!
