I would be happy to share where I'll be in school. In Durham, NC we are fortunate to have a gourmet cooking school called Chez Bay Gourmet. I am currently taking a basic culinary course with them now. Chez Bay is offering a series of classes both in the culinary arts and baking and pastry to achieve "professional" status. They are certificate programs but we will be learning all that they teach at the CIA's and Cordon Bleu's of the world. The website is www.chezbaygourmet.com.
