Im not sure what the pattern is called but how do I get that diamond quiltlike pattern on fondant covered cake? All of the photos that I have seen look so perfect. I see a lot of kakes with I guess candy pearls in the intersections of the diamonds...Please Help!!! icon_cry.gif[/b]

I got mine at www.cakesbysam.com and it's called a diamond impression mat. You can also use it on crusted buttercream in addition to fondant. thumbs_up.gif

its a diamond impression mat and you should be able to find it online, i'm sure some of the girls on here know a site where you can find it. i believe the pearls are called dragees.

check out this site.
