I've sent one PM, and responded to another, but both are sitting in my outbox, and have been for days - is there another step, will they eventually go on their own, or did I screw something up?

Help!! icon_smile.gif

Thank you!

when you created the message you would have hit the send button. The messages will stay in your box. If you want to delete the message: check the box to the right of the message; scroll to the bottom of the mailbox and click the button to delete messages. The system will ask you to confirm you want to delete.

The reason your message is in the outbox, is because the recipient still has not logged in to receive it.

This info is better explained in the CC information, I forget where. I just remember reading about it a while back.

The person may be away, just wait a few more days. As soon as they log in, the message will leave your outbox and go into your send box.

Good Luck

Thank you guys so much! I'm (obviously) a newbie, and couldn't figure out why after I hit "send" they just stayed in my outbox! Thanks for clarifying! icon_smile.gif

Danielle, don't feel bad. I was way past "newbie" stage before I learned this! icon_redface.gif

Thanks for the lesson...I learned something I needed to know before I even knew I needed to know it!
