I have really been enjoying the wonderful talent here, I can only hope to be as good as you someday! I have been decorating cakes mainly since I completed the Wilton courses earlier this year. I have only done 1 wedding cake and I don't know if I want to get into that again - I really just don't have time. I work full-time also and since I really don't like freezing cakes that much, but with big cakes I really don't have a choice either. I like working with sheet cakes much better!

A question....where is the "Profile" located? I want to edit some stuff, but I can't find it!
