I have a problem here which I need your help...
I melted some baking chocolate and pour into the mold, let it harden in the fridge.
But the problem is, I can't get it out of the mold.....
Is there a correct way to do it? I prefer baking chocolate to candy melt.

Try freezing it. It has worked for me in the past.

I stick mine in the freezer too then flip it over and it falls right out.
