Ok so I finally got around to talking to my MIL about getting liscensed out of her cafe kitchen to do cakes. She said yes and is already helping me figure out what all I need to do. She said she had been waiting on me to ask. I think she was more excited than I was lol. All day today we talked about how we were gonna move stuff around to make me an area just for my cakes and stuff. I think I am even going to move into making cookies and pies also since there seems to be lots of requests for pies. I know its not my own shop yet buts its a start and I will be running under my own name so that will get my name out so that when I do open up my shop I will have a history with my customers. Just thought I would share this bit of news with you guys since I knew you would understand my excitement. Hopefully Wed. I will know exactly what all I need to do to get busy lol. Also if anyone has any good name suggestions I am open lol. I have been thinking all day and can't come up with anything good. My name is Jennifer if thats any help. I kinda like "Something Sweet" but it seems a bit plain. I don't know though. I wasn't expecting this so soon so I haven't given it much thought. lol
