when the instruction says that no diaper cake can be uploaded? What is a diaper cake?

It is actually not a real cake, but a "dummy cake" made from disposable diapers and baby toys.

I saw that to and did a google search. It had some pictures. They were folded diapers in various shapes. In the folds of the diaper are baby toys.
I am going to try to attach a pic.

Thanks for that. Have never heard of this before. I don't think this is common in Australia.
