I found this chart on the web and thought it may be helpful: (The colors used are by chefmaster)
Directions:
1. Numbers in front of colors indicates the suggested part of each color to use
2. Blend the colors before adding them to the icing. Add the belended color to the icing to get the desired shade
3. A drop of black to some of these colors gives an interesting variation
Apricot= 2 orange and 1 yellow
Avocado=4 lemon yellow, 1 leaf green and a touch of black
Burgundy= 5 bakers rose and 1 violet
Chartreuse=5 lemon yellow and 1 leaf green
Copper=1 egg yellow, 1 brown and 1 christmas red
Coral=3 rose pink and 2 lemon yellow
Dusty Rose=2 chrismas red and 1 brown
Gold=10 lemon yellow, 3 orange and 1 christmas red
Plum=1 violet and a touch of christmas red
maroon=4 red red and 2 burgundy
ivory=1 liquid whitener, a touch of bronw and a touch of egg yellow
Jade=1 leaf green, 1 royal blue and a touch of black
Lavender=5 pink and 1 violet
marigold=3 lemon yellow and 1 orange
melon=1 orange and 3 bakers rose
moss green=2violet and 3 lemon yellow
navy blue=1 sky blue and 1 violet
Persimmon=1 orange and 1 bakers rose
grape=1 sky blue and 6 bakers rose
raspberry=3 bakers rose and 1 christmas red
ruby red=1 holiday red and a touch of black
rust=8 orange, 2 red red and 1 brown
sea gold=2 sky blue and 1 leaf green
silver=1 black and 1 blue
skintone=12 orange, 4 bakers rose and 1 royal blue
Teal=9 sky blue and 1 lemon yellow
Turquoise=6 sky blue and 1 lemon yellow
wine=3 christmas red and 2 rose pink
