Is Antonia's74 icing the same as Wiltons Royal Icing--it seems to have the same ingredients as Wiltons except for the creme of tartar....just wondering!

I like Antonia's better. The cream of tartar does make a difference. And I think it's the way you mix it. It has a better structure.

I agree with amodeo. I used to make the Wilton royal and then discovered antonias and never looked back. I definitely agree that it has a better structure.

It works wonderfully. The cookies in my gallery were made with her icing.

Antonia74's royal icing for decorating cookies are really great and easy to work with. I am an inexperienced cookie decorater but I made some the other day and they are so easy to work with.
