I just logged on to see if anyone saw this video. My hubby emailed it to me, also. I would have to knock off a million on the price for the little crack where one of the earrings was resting... icon_lol.gif

It's a cake with draped fondant and a whole bunch of diamond jewelry on it..... I missed the crack, I'll have to watch it again.
You may be able to read a story about it somewhere on CNN.com or do a google search on it.

It's pretty but it looks like someone just threw the jewelry on. You would think for 20 million they could have at least came up with a better idea

Well the jewlery was beautiful but I've seen way nicer cakes on CC. I didn't think the cake was that pretty really.

Yup, there's another thread going around about this cake on here tonight. I do have to say that the jewelry was wow! But then again, I don't see much jewelry other than what comes in the weekly ads. icon_lol.gif

I think the cake is ugly. Looks like the designer just threw the fondant on there and let it fall where it may. I think it could have had alot more style, but I prefer the clean lines and definition look. But if I could sell a cake for 20 mil, I would do one cake in my whole life and retire!

That cake is actually quite ugly. I have seen much much nicer ones done by CC members. Obviously money cannot buy taste!
