Well Cats and Kittens it is that time again. Lets take a looksee at what Spongemom has been up to.

So what are we looking at here: 
The first pic, my before pic. Not to interesting
2nd picI have doors!!! I finally have something I can paint, they installed them this morning and I am doing the happy dance. The area where the siding once was will be covered in stone facing and over the doors is where the roof will be. It will be 2-3 feet wide and span the length of the side of the house. Ok I realize that makes no sense but it will soon.
3rd picwhere my door once was, now where my jet air oven will live. In fact that entire wall is going to house my oven, my stove, and my mixer tables.
4th picwell its part of a walllol this is on the customer side
In the middle where you see the 2 red poles will be yet another wall with a wide doorway in it. That is getting framed tomorrow.
So exciting stuff things are movingand not a moment too soon!

Yes something I would only admit to my CC friends is ...I am getting soooooo impaitent!!! 
It's really hard because right now I can't do anything, and it is making me nuts!
It's one thing to get all the construction done in time but I still have flooring and decorating to do. Hubbs says he is not concerned but I keep looking at the ticker on the bottom of my posts and it is freaking me out a little bit. 
For some strange reason I forsee late night dates with a paint brush in my near future

OH MY Spongemom: looks like you have some pretty busy workers over there. (how much do you have to bribe them to work so fast?what is their favorite cake?)
The pics are looking good. I think that the oven will look swell right there on that wall!!

OOOHH!! How exciting! I love watching construction develop. If we ever built our own house I would probably have a stroke from excitement. Keep us posted and I can't wait to see more pics!!

Thanks everyone!! I am so excited! The boys are down stairs now putting up my other wall. It's funny, I barely know what neumatic hammer is and could care less about the diffrence between 2x4 and 2x6 construction. But in this case I am learning all there is to know!! I love it! If anyone needs help bulding walls let me know...lol!!

Are they going to hand drywall on the walls when they finish? You should be able to help with the mudd and taping of them. It's like putting icing on a cake, the only 2 differences are, 1- you can't eat it. and 2- you can sand off the rough patches.
I thought you would get a kick out of my new avitar, hubby did that last night. He thought that it would be cute, because I just LOVE my CAKEBALLS!!!!!!
I'll see if he has any ideas about the space modulator.

Thanks so much!! It is really fun to see the progress from day to day. The Hubster jokes about not knowing what his house is going to look like when he gets home. He leaves for work, comes back and half the siding is ripped off and the garage doors are gone, he leaves for work comes back and there are french doors and walls that wern't there before. LOL part of me wants to go buy like 300 pink flamingos and have them scattered all over the front lawn and see what his reaction is..lol
yes mommi I will have at least one of them holding a cake ball in it's beak
