I made my first batch lastnight and it is sticky!
I taste pretty good. I used Rhonda's Ultimate MMF
What can I do to fix it if anything? should I store it in the refrigerator or just at room temp in an air tight container? Any help would be appreciated.

p.s is there a great tasting fondat I can buy. I saw some where mixing fond-x and white chocolate fondant tast great. Where can I buy these?
TIA

More powdered sugar should help, be sure to sift it to avoid any lumps.

It can be stored, wel wrapped, on the counter. It does not need refrigeration.

there are a number of good ready to use fondants, Satin Ice, Fond-x, and chocopan-already has chocolate in it.

You can mix finished fondant with chocolate clay for a very nice product. And I think there is a recipe for adding melted chocolate to the fondant.
