where is it being held--venue? cost? Do I need to be an ultra pro to take it?
No, you don't need to be a pro to take it! I'm certainly no gumpaste pro...but maybe one day! ![]()

Fall Gum Paste Flowers, Fruits and Berries
This two-day class will feature the sunflower, pumpkins, fall leaves, bittersweet, hypiricum berries and fall roses (a copper-chocolate variety of rose!). All of the flowers will include foliage and will be artfully arranged in a container with ribbon accents, ready to be taken home with you after the class for display! All of the items made during the class are great to use on fall wedding cakes, groom's cakes, celebration cakes and those sometimes difficult cakes for men.
All supplies are provided for your use during the class.
Date: September 22-23, 2007
Time: 9 am - 5:30 pm
Location: Cake Craft Shoppe
Course fee: $250
Lunch is included.
Are you near the Houston area? ![]()
Thanks! I am in the Meyerland area! I did not even know about this place and it is not too far either. Not sure about the NL class--we are going on a semi-vacation around then, but nice to know this place exists--the other classes sound like fun.
What area are you located around?
Not going, but just wanted to say I'M SO JEALOUS!!! ![]()
I visited a friend in Sugarland back in June & visited Cake Craft Shoppe. They had a great selection and I found the ladies working there to be very helpful. Wish my visit had been at the same time as this class, it looks great. I hope you have a great time & learn a lot!!
