I have two Questions???

My B/C Icing seems to have air bubbles in it.How do I get them out?

I need Black Icing. How do I make Black icing?

You can try stirring the buttercream with a spatula, sort of smushing it to remove some of the bubbles. It happens when too much air is incorporated into the icing.

Black icing requires a lot of black color-Americolor gel is best.

another option for black icing using less coloring ---

start w/ chocolate icing.

I second the suggestion to start with chocolate frosting to get black icing.....
